1. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through our Order Tracking Page.
2. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is free for customers in Germany and Austria.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Standard delivery takes an additional 3–4 business days, depending on your location. Total estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Germany and Austria.

All orders to Germany and Austria come with free shipping.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order. Changes can only be made before the order is processed.
9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at contact@chargery.de with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
